I spend a lot of time trying things with AI that may or may not work.

The AI Lab is where the interesting ones end up.

These are case studies, experiments and research notes about using generative AI for real creative and technical work: what I was trying to achieve, what I tested, where the approach failed, what changed, and what I learned from it.

This isn’t a library of step-by-step tutorials or a collection of polished success stories.

Sometimes the result is a working system. Sometimes the result is discovering that the model isn’t ready, the economics make no sense, or the entire premise needs to change.

Those results count too.
